Anand Chatrath is partner of the Firm since 1989. He is an Alumni of Doon School, Dehradun and did his Graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He has over 25 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy Audit, Taxation,Company Law Matters and Financial Services. He has a wide Network of contacts and travels extensively in India and Abroad. He is the Main Catalyst in expanding the services of the Firm from Traditional Audit and Taxation to a range of services like Support and Accounting Services (SaAS) in Accounts, Claims Processing and Compliance related areas. His main focus is on developing the work of the Firm on an All India Basis. He is also a member of Association of Corporate Advisers and Executives.

M. M. Chatrath Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1952. He worked initially in Delhi and settled down in Kolkata. He also did his LLB in 1952. He has over 60 years of experience and is specialized in the taxation field as well as legal affairs. His support knowledge and connections are invaluable to the Firm.

Umesh C. Pandey is a fellow member of ICAI. He Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and is a partner of B. M. Chatrath & Co. since 1991. He has post qualification experience of over 25 years in the fields of:

• Statutory Audit, Internal/ Management Audit and Bank Audit.
• Direct Tax and Indirect Tax, Statutory Compliance Matters ( including Pan India Labour Law Compliances )
• Company Law Matters, Foreign Collaboration and other related matters with FEMA, STPI, FIPB and SEZ Clearances.

Pankaj Dave is a partner of the firm since 1991. He is a Fellow member of ICAI and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.

Pankaj Dave has 28 years of post-qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy and Finance. He has been handling the SaAS vertical of the Firm and outsourced services for USA, Europe and Australia. He possesses rich experience in the field of Direct/ Indirect Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Information System Audit, Company Law Matters, Statutory Compliances, And Financial Services. He is also an expert in Retail and Corporate Finance as well as in strategic corporate planning.

S. Sidhu is a Commerce Graduate (Hons.) from Calcutta University and became an associate member of ICAI in 1984. He joined the Firm in 1984 and became a Partner of the Firm in 1993. He became an associate member of ICAI in 1984. He has post qualification experience of over 30 years.

He has been handling various large audit assignments of the Firm including those of Public Sector Undertakings, Financial Institution and Banks and various other Companies in the Private Sector. In addition, he also provides secretarial services to various clients of the Firm and also has in depth knowledge of the Equity Markets.

Arindam Ray is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and obtained DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) in 2008. He is a fellow member of ICAI.
He is working with the Firm since 1998 and became a partner in 2007.

He has more than 15 years of post qualification experience in the field of audit (statutory and Management), Corporate Law and Taxation, Budgeting, Costing, etc in large manufacturing units.

Shubhra Maheshwari is a fellow member of ICAI. She is a graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She completed her articleship from Ernst & Young, (S.R. Batliboi & Co.), New Delhi and became an associate member of ICAI in 2004. She is working with the firm. Since 2004 and became a Partner of the Firm in 2007.

She is in charge of the Hyderabad office, taking care of the firm’s South Indian operations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Coimbatore.
